Cancellations & No-shows

Please notify Revive Day Spa at least 24 hours in advance of your reservation when cancelling or rescheduling. Late notices & no-shows are subject to a fee. Please contact Revive Day Spa for more information.

Check-in

Please arrive at Revive Day Spa fifteen minutes prior to your scheduled reservation time. The spa cannot extend reservations for late arrivals and must apply the full charge for the scheduled service. As a courtesy to other guests, please turn off your cell phone. Please refrain from bringing children under thirteen unless otherwise arranged with management.

Our facility is part of the Fayetteville Athletic Club complex. Our front entrance faces Crossover.

Complimentary Child Care

Kids Fit Fun FACtory @ Fayetteville Athletic Club
The Kids Fit Fun FACtory offers childcare free of charge while you relax at Revive Day Spa. There is a three-hour limit on this service. Visit www.fayac.com to review policies.

Gift Certificates

Revive Gift certificates are available in any denomination. Gift certificates have no cash value and may only be applied to products and services offered by Revive Day Spa.
